Wallace Boyd (Budd) MacNeill served the Regina Public School System as a teacher, and principal for 31 years prior to his retirement in June, 1984.
Budd MacNeill was a devoted educator who believed in excellence through commitment and service. His innovative approach to education, his ready wit, his friendly manner and his personal concern about each student made him an exceptional figure in each school in which he served.
Budd lived to be 82 years old. He was a kind and caring person who wanted you to "Be the Best That You Can Be".
